Job Description
This role involves designing and optimizing email campaigns, executing strategy, and improving performance. The job requires creative execution and practical marketing judgment. This is a fully remote job.
Requirements
- Design and build on-brand, conversion-focused email campaigns
- QA and test emails across devices and inboxes
- Maintain design consistency across campaigns and automation flows
- Collaborate with strategists to align email campaigns with broader marketing goals
- Contribute ideas for segmentation, personalization, and automation improvements
- Recommend layout and design improvements based on performance data
- Support A/B testing initiatives
- Understand core metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per send)
- Apply best practices related to deliverability and engagement
- Make data-informed design adjustments to improve results
- Create supporting digital assets for landing pages, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain brand standards across client touchpoints
