GTM Marketing Manager to drive the launch and growth of an AI-powered SaaS product targeting SMBs. This is a highly execution-focused role where you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, user acquisition, and product growth from 0→1.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on 0→1 products in startup or early-stage environments
- Strong track record of driving user growth, activation, or revenue outcomes
- Hands-on experience with GTM strategy, product launches, and growth execution
- Ability to operate across product, marketing, and growth (hybrid mindset)
- Experience running experiments (A/B testing, onboarding optimization, funnel improvements)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership
- Strong communication skills — able to translate product value into clear messaging
- Experience with AI, SaaS, or developer tools is a plus
