Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team in Hanoi, Vietnam. As an IT Recruiter, you will work closely with the TA Team Lead to hit timely sprint goals and coordinate with the TA VN Team and TA Global team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and logical talent mapping skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced working environments
- Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
