Job Description
We are seeking an HR & GA executive to source and recruit candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in a similar role, is fluent in Japanese (N2 level) and English, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Collaborate with leaders to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Perform back-office tasks regarding organization and back office based on instructions of Managers
