Job Description
The Senior IT Consulting & Staffing Sales role involves partnering with clients to develop and propose innovative recruitment solutions, leading account meetings and communications, and ensuring the smooth operations of serving practices & account allocations. The role requires strong sales and business development skills, as well as excellent consulting skills and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years proven track record in sales & business development
- Solid knowledge of HR outsourcing, IT consulting service industry, including trends, key players, and competitors
- Proven track of Sales achievements during working history
- Good command of English communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels
