Chief of Staff

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and execute company-wide priorities. The role requires intellectual rigor, strong judgment, and the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, ideally with a background in management consulting, private equity, or a similar high-performance environment
• Prior experience as a Chief of Staff is a strong plus
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stream projects from concept through execution
• Highly analytical, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Intellectually curious and enthusiastic about experimenting with and leveraging AI
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
