Chief of Staff

Pursuit is hiring a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded operator with strong judgment, presence, and follow-through. The role involves translating vision into action, driving high-priority initiatives, and ensuring organizational cohesion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-performing, fast-paced environments
• MBA or MPA or similar advanced degree (bonus)
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Exceptional project management and execution skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, navigating change, and balancing long-term thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• A systems-oriented, ownership-driven mindset
• Deep alignment with Pursuit's mission and a genuine interest in the intersection of technology, AI, and economic mobility
• Experience supporting organizational growth, scale, or periods of significant change
• Familiarity with the social impact landscape, including workforce development, education, or economic development
