- Proven experience in Chief of Staff, operations, strategy, consulting, investment, or similar roles
- Strong operator mindset: you execute, not just advise
- Excellent judgment and prioritization — you know what matters and what doesn’t
- Clear, direct communicator who thrives in structured, high-expectation environments
- High ownership, high agency, and a strong bias toward action
- Comfortable working with senior executives and holding teams accountable
- Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage or scale-up environments
