
Job description
The Customer Success Manager oversees a portfolio of accounts and ensures an amazing customer experience. They will perform hands-on account management activities and collaborate with other team members to coordinate successful customer onboarding, training, and ongoing customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong direct client relationships, grow customer accounts, and provide a seamless customer experience through all phases of the customer lifecycle.
This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for technology with a solution-centric mindset.
