Instructional Designer

We're seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Client Training Content team, responsible for creating engaging eLearning courses and programs for our high-velocity software company.

Requirements

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs.
• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
• Employ a variety of mediums to design and develop instructional materials that maximize engagement.
• Analyze client personas to ensure content relates to clients’ use cases and workflows.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure instructional design projects are completed on time.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain existing courses to ensure they are up to date and reflect user feedback.
• Engage with learners through email, blogs, forums, and user groups.
• Incorporate the use of AI tools to enhance and speed up content development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Client Training content.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
