The Senior Instructional Designer will lead the creation of engaging, high-impact learning experiences for a high-velocity, dynamic software organization. They will own the strategy and development of sophisticated eLearning programs and multi-modal learning content.
Requirements
- Lead training needs assessments by partnering with subject matter experts, product leaders, and business stakeholders to define learning strategies that support organizational goals and client outcomes.
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
- Analyze client personas to ensure content relates to clients' use cases and workflows.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure instructional design projects are completed on time.
- Maintain existing courses to ensure they are up to date and reflect user feedback.
- Engage with learners through email, blogs, forums, and user groups.
- Incorporate the use of AI tools to enhance and speed up content development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Client Training content.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
