Job Description
The Operational Excellence Specialist will support the delivery of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site, driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification (mandatory)
- 1–3+ years' experience in an OPEX / Continuous Improvement role
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (biopharma, medical devices, or similar)
- Proven experience delivering measurable financial and operational improvements
- Strong experience working with digital reporting tools – Power BI essential
