Job Description
The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for leading a cross-functional engineering team delivering high-quality, scalable software across mobile and web platforms. The role combines technical leadership with people management, guiding a team working across iOS, Android, Web (React), and backend services (.NET / C#).
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong exposure to backend and frontend development
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
- Proven experience delivering complex, full-stack applications in a production environment
