Ding is looking for a Junior Network Engineer to join their IT Operations team. The successful candidate will play an important role in designing, building out and maintaining the network infrastructure across multiple worldwide sites and cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role with a focus on enterprise-level networking
- Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (ex. TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, BGP, IPSEC VPNs)
- Hands-on experience with Certificate management
- Hands-on experience with DNS management
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and security policy management
- Hands-on experience with enterprise level Cisco networking hardware
- Hands-on experience with cloud WAF/CDN networks such as Cloudflare
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking solutions in AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience working with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation using Terraform and PowerShell
- Experience with network monitoring tools (ex. SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Datadog)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a multi-platform, multi-cloud environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
