We are looking for a Support Desk Engineer to join our Infrastructure, Support & Operations team. The role involves managing and maintaining day-to-day IT requirements for the whole enterprise, supporting all key areas of business, and implementing security best practices.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain day-to-day IT requirements for the whole enterprise
- Support all key areas of business including level 1/2 business/user requests, End User Devices, Physical and Virtual Servers, telephony systems, monitoring systems, and corporate enterprise systems.
- Support all aspects of user identity management including Active Directory, Azure AD, enterprise applications, SSO, cloud-based systems access etc.
- Implement security best practices and respond to active threats.
- Design, build and maintain new enterprise technologies based around a cloud focused strategy.
- Define and document support procedures for the NOC team
- Implement and maintain industry standards such as ISO27001 and PCI DSS.
