Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a junior associate attorney to join its Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to work with a nationally respected bankruptcy team that handles high-stakes financial restructurings and complex creditor’s rights litigation.

Requirements

• Represent clients in bankruptcy-related litigation and financial restructuring matters
• Draft motions, including summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions
• Participate in depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Advise on secured transactions and commercial disputes
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with precision
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups in a team-oriented office environment
