Job Description
Bankruptcy Litigation Associate – New York: Represent clients in complex Chapter 11 and restructuring litigation, including cross-border proceedings. Opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team on sophisticated bankruptcy matters.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring litigation experience
- Admitted to the New York Bar and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Federal Rules of Evidence
- Exceptional oral advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
