Business Immigration Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–3 years of law firm experience in business and family-based immigration to join a team that works on sophisticated matters involving both corporate and individual clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant law firm experience in immigration law
• Strong drafting, communication, and client relationship skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and collaborative mindset
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) strongly preferred
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; must be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
