Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience in immigration court and demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with a state bar
• Membership in the Washington (WA), Florida (FL), or Illinois (IL) state bars is a strong plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a strong emphasis on immigration litigation
• Proven experience representing clients in immigration courts and administrative proceedings
• Criminal defense experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and client-focused service
• Experience handling immigration applications including but not limited to T/U visas, VAWA, AOS, naturalization, PIP, waivers, and related immigration relief
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal information clearly and effectively
• Compassionate and able to work effectively under high-pressure and demanding situations
