Direct Counsel is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join the Litigation Practice Group of a leading law firm in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on substantive responsibility in complex business litigation while working with a collaborative, accomplished team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed and in good standing in California.
• 4+ years of recent business litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and team-oriented approach.
