Requirements

• Advise domestic and international companies on economic development incentives related to corporate expansions and relocations within the United States
• Identify, structure, and negotiate discretionary economic development incentives with state and local governmental entities
• Draft and negotiate incentive agreements and related project documentation
• Manage multiple client matters in a high-volume, fast-paced practice environment
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to support complex corporate projects
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to the development of the broader team
