Investment Funds Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an Investment Funds Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join a top-tier, national law firm with a premier private equity and investment management practice.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of private equity fund formation experience
• Working knowledge of relevant securities laws and regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act
• Experience with private equity secondary transactions and/or GP-led restructurings is a plus
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Admission to the state bar in the office location (or eligibility for prompt admission)
