Job Description
Investment Funds Mid-Level Associate Attorney at Direct Counsel, advising private equity sponsors and institutional investors on fund formation and related matters.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of private equity fund formation experience
- Working knowledge of relevant securities laws and regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act
- Experience with private equity secondary transactions and/or GP-led restructurings is a plus
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Admission to the state bar in the office location (or eligibility for prompt admission)
