Job Description
Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading national labor & employment firm to add a seasoned Labor & Employment Associate to its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to handle sophisticated, management-side work for major employers in a fast-paced, high-profile market.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of dedicated labor and employment law experience
- Significant employment litigation experience (management-side)
- Strong academic credentials and polished written/oral advocacy skills
- Active New York Bar admission (must be able to practice in NY immediately)
