Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-to-senior level Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join a global Am Law firm in its San Francisco office, handling complex employment litigation matters and gaining significant responsibility, client interaction, and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Experience handling single-plaintiff employment cases and wage and hour class actions
- Demonstrated experience litigating in federal court
- Deposition and/or courtroom experience required
- Familiarity with e-discovery processes and litigation technology
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Active admission to the California Bar
