Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and in good standing with the Washington D.C bar.
- 4-8 years in an employment law practice, ideally within a recognized law firm, focusing on employer-side litigation and class actions.
- Proven proficiency in litigation processes and a strong understanding of employment law.
- Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; client-focused approach.
