Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate for a leading global law firm to join their esteemed labor and employment team in Washington D.C. This associate will primarily focus on employer-side litigation, with opportunities to engage in advisory and investigative work.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and in good standing with the Washington D.C bar.
• 4-8 years in an employment law practice, ideally within a recognized law firm, focusing on employer-side litigation and class actions.
• Proven proficiency in litigation processes and a strong understanding of employment law.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; client-focused approach.
