Job Description
Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate for a leading global law firm in Washington D.C. The role entails handling class and representative actions, conducting investigations, and providing strategic legal advice. The associate will work with a collaborative and dynamic team to engage with complex labor and employment issues.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and in good standing with the Washington D.C bar.
- 4-8 years in an employment law practice, ideally within a recognized law firm, focusing on employer-side litigation and class actions.
- Proven proficiency in litigation processes and a strong understanding of employment law.
- Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; client-focused approach.
