Legal Administrative Assistant (Corporate) - Philly

Direct Counsel is seeking a highly professional and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in the Commercial Litigation and Corporate practice groups. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of law firm experience and exceptional judgment, organizational skills, and technical proficiency.

Requirements

• Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and court filings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage files and organize all related documentation, including opening new matters at attorneys' request.
• Handle State and Federal Court e-filing processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable local and state rules.
• Maintain and coordinate multiple attorneys' calendars, travel schedules, and meeting logistics.
• Assist with client billing projects, invoice review, and related administrative processes.
• Provide executive-level support while handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Prioritize and perform multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys and team members to ensure deadlines and client needs are met.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and internal stakeholders using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
