Polsinelli has a position available for an experienced full-time, in-office Legal Administrative Assistant in their Philadelphia office. The role supports Commercial Litigation and Business practice attorneys, requiring a motivated, proactive and well-organized team player with 5-7 years’ experience in a law firm setting.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of litigation and/or transactional experience in a law firm setting
- Experience in State and Federal Court e-filing
- Exceptional typing skills, producing documents quickly and accurately, multi-tasking with excellent attention to detail, and having outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and local and state court rules
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in processing attorney expense reimbursements and vendor invoices using the Firm’s reimbursement software system
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize and manage files, open new matters as attorneys request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files
