Legal Administrative Assistant (Multiple Practices)

At Polsinelli, we're looking for an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to support our litigation and transactional practice attorneys in our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate is a people person with a keen eye for detail, thrives in a professional environment, and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of litigation and/or transactional experience in a law firm setting
• Experience in State and Federal Court e-filing
• Exceptional typing skills, produce documents quickly and accurately, multi-task with excellent attention to detail, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
