Legal Administrative Assistant

Polsinelli is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support their Business Venture Capital Practice Group in their Boston office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to attorneys, maintain knowledge of practice group processes and technology, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience practicing in a large law firm environment
• Proficiency with iManage Records Manager, InTapp, Chrome River, and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong initiative, ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues/problems independently, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
