Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 5–7 years of experience in technology transactions, IP licensing, or related commercial agreements
• Experience working with life sciences companies or in related industries
• Background in life sciences, medical training, or related technical field is a plus
• Active bar membership in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction
