Senior Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate to join a globally recognized, full-service law firm in its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned real estate attorney to work on complex, high-value transactions across a broad range of asset classes within a collaborative and sophisticated practice.

Requirements

• Represent lenders, investors, developers, and owners in connection with acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate financings, leasing and development projects
• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development agreements, and financing documents
• Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing, including title and survey review, due diligence coordination, zoning and land use considerations, entity structuring, and advising clients on construction, development, and joint venture arrangements
• Mentor junior associates and help manage deal workflow
