Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm with a nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice.
Requirements
- JD from a nationally recognized law school.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm; Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred.
- Licensed to practice in New York or California.
- Strong writing and analytical skills with excellent business judgment.
- Trial and courtroom experience is required.
- Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
