LEVEL 1 TECHNICIAN is responsible for documenting, quoting, and procuring IT services, diagnosing and resolving computer malfunctions, and providing service desk activities. Ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual with passion for IT, able to adapt to new situations, and willing to learn fast.
