LEVEL 1 TECHNICIAN Job Description: The LEVEL 1 TECHNICIAN will be responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and following through on computer malfunctions, and meeting the needs of the end user with no technical guidance. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual who enjoys and is passionate about IT.
Requirements
- 1+ to 2 years experience
- Excellent customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, shows great accountability

- Ability to move equipment, install PCs, monitors, printers, and peripherals in a business environment
