Job Description
We are seeking a Level 2 Technician to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual with a passion for IT, who is not afraid to figure things out and finds satisfaction in getting the job done. They will be willing to learn fast and adapt to new situations quickly. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving computer malfunctions, troubleshooting server issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Diagnose, resolve and follow through on computer malfunction, and meet the needs of the end user with no technical guidance
- Troubleshoot and repair/maintain basic to moderate server issues, both hardware and software for servers physical and virtual
- Service desk activities to include answering client calls or reviewing, resolving and closing tickets in the Service Desk queue
- Identify causes and recommend solutions
- Consult with End User and Managers to determine system requirements
