Job Description
The Quality Manager will lead the quality organization across the region, implement a new Global Quality Management System, and ensure local policies and procedures meet global standards, while also developing and coaching team members, and establishing a safety culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or scientific discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Management, Product Stewardship or Continuous Improvement disciplines
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Expertise in Risk Management
- Expertise in Project Management
- Prior automotive quality experience preferred
