Job Description
The Quality Manager role is responsible for the effective management of a 900+ employee facility while leading a cross functional team of 30 professionals. This role will be responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the system is established, maintained and improved upon. Additionally, the role will ensure compliance to company, customer, regulatory and other procedures and requirements while fostering a quality culture.
Requirements
- 7+ to 10 years experience
- BA/BS degree in Engineering or applicable field
- MA/MS degree in Engineering or applicable field with 4-7 years of experience
- PPAP experience a plus
- Aerospace experience or Automotive (Aero is highly desired)
