Salesforce.com Architect –Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce.com tech lead/developer to design and deliver innovative solutions on Salesforce.com projects. The ideal candidate will have strong customer facing skills and enterprise business application development experience.

Requirements

• Independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation, and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration
• Manage Salesforce.com CRM project deliveries including requirement gathering and understanding, solution designing, development, data migration, deployment, and user trainings
• Manage multiple Salesforce.com initiatives in parallel
• Strong strategic focus and business analysis skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to mentor & motivate team members
• Detail oriented with the ability to keep the big picture in mind while assessing impact of solution to other aspects of the application
• Design and Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, and templates, and campaigns
• Develop and maintain Visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages, and integration to other third-party solutions
• Lead Implementation and management to convert complex sales, marketing, legal, and services business processes within multiple organizations into technical solutions primarily on the Salesforce.com platform
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application
