Job Description
The Salesforce.com Specialist will develop a deep understanding of our CRM platform, working closely with the business to ensure technology aligns with requirements and supporting the growth of the firm.
Requirements
- 2+ years of expert experience administering salesforce.com
- 2+ years of experience with the salesforce.com Apex Data Loader or other data loading tools
- Knowledge of 3rd party salesforce.com data integration tools such as Informatica, Demand Tools, etc.
- Familiarity with Lightning
- Familiarity with Wave
- Experience reviewing, configuring and supporting AppExchange apps (Conga, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
- Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator certification
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
- Experience working with offshore vendors preferred
- Superior testing and quality control skills
- Strong training and development skills
- Strong public speaking/interpersonal skills
