Job Description
Funeral Directors Life seeks a Market Center Manager (MCM) to cover the State of MICHIGAN. The MCM will build and maintain partnerships with funeral homes of every size within their markets and provide sales coaching or consultation to firms with independent agents. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of funeral sales/management experience, good computer skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the capability to build strong relationships.
Requirements
- MICHIGAN Life Insurance license
- FUNERAL INDUSTRY experience
- Proven track record of sales success – at least five years
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
