VA Law Clerk - Writer

At Disability Law Group, we help people through difficult moments with skill, heart, and purpose. Our law clerks work alongside attorneys and case managers to perform legal and medical research and writing.

Requirements

• Review documents, including medical records, service treatment records, military reports, and other correspondence
• Perform research based on pertinent medical findings and legal arguments
• Communication with case managers and attorneys on any relevant case issues
• Draft case file summaries, briefs, nexus letters and DBQ's for review by the attorney, and other content as needed
