Job Description
DISH is seeking a Country Manager for Italy to drive digital transformation, achieve ambitious sales targets, and lead diverse teams in the Italian market. This role involves executing sales strategies, building relationships with executives, and integrating digital solutions into the HoReCa sector. The company emphasizes innovation, agility, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales strategy execution and continuous improvement.
- Experience implementing multichannel sales approaches.
- Background in sales recruitment, team building, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets under varying business conditions.
- Fluent in English and Italian (C1 Level required).
