Job Description
DISQO is looking for an Insights Director to join their team. The role will involve delivering exceptional value to customers through advanced data analysis, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. The Insights Director will serve as a strategic contributor to the insights team, partnering closely with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges, and providing tailored, data-driven insights that demonstrate the value of brand lift studies and media measurement.
Requirements
- Customer Success Focus: Partner closely with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges
- Strategic Insight Development: Analyze and interpret complex datasets, identifying trends across campaigns, media lanes, and historical performance
- Project Leadership: Independently lead high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including customer success, sales, marketing, and product
