Production Underwriter

Distinguished is a leading national insurance Program Manager providing specialized insurance programs. As a Production Underwriter, you will work with a team committed to growth and building a best-in-class system. The role involves account pipeline management, risk selection, and selling proposals to insurance brokers.

Requirements

• Solicit and shepherd new submissions based on program appetite
• Build and manage a new business pipeline through outbound interaction with brokers
• Manage new submissions to ensure proper risk selection, premium, and coverage
• Underwrite community association risks by identifying and analyzing risk exposures
• Provide and create solutions for inquiries from brokers and team members
• Manage renewals to maximize policy retention
