Job Description
Underwriting Manager leads and motivates a team of Underwriters on the Real Estate Umbrella program, ensuring underwriting integrity, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. The role requires advanced expertise to recommend and implement business improvements.
Requirements
- Manage, mentor and coach Underwriters in technical and professional skills
- Supervise the underwriting operations while providing guidance to a team of Underwriters
- Administer and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, rating rules and insurance regulations
