Distinguished is a leading national insurance Program Manager providing specialized insurance programs. The Underwriting Manager leads and motivates a team of Underwriters on our Real Estate Umbrella program, ensuring underwriting integrity, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Manage, mentor and coach Underwriters in technical and professional skills
• Supervise the underwriting operations while providing guidance to a team of Underwriters
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
