5+ years of supervisory or management experience, retail management experience, and strong leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; experience working in an organization with widely varied staff positions

High school degree, ability to lift up to 50lbs, ability to work autonomously, ability to work assigned shifts consistently and reliably

Weekend availability, success working in a team-oriented environment, ability to communicate and interact with people across cultures

High school diploma, 2+ years' supervisory experience, and a valid CDL with a good driving record are required

Master's degree in social work, human services, or related field, training and experience in Trauma Informed Care, strong oral and written communication skills

Part-time associates MUST be available to work NIGHTS & WEEKENDS between the hours of 9 am to 7:30pm - 4/6 hour varying shifts

3+ years of experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, ability to learn about items belonging to the Home Essentials department and their resale value and quality, ability to prioritize daily and immediate tasks
