Social Worker

St. Vincent de Paul - Madison is seeking a Social Worker to support families on their path to long-term stability. The role involves assessing and supporting program participants, developing and monitoring individualized case plans, and collaborating with internal teams and community partners. The ideal candidate is motivated by making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families and is passionate about supporting families on their path to long-term stability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, human services, or related field
• Training and experience in Trauma Informed Care
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program success
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suites
• Ability to interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, ethnicities, and races
• Reliable personal transportation
• Bilingual English and Spanish speaking preferred (not required)
• Experience working with volunteers
• Three (3) years related work experience serving individuals or families experiencing poverty
