Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our newly established children's home in Maidstone, Kent, ensuring the highest standards of care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
- Passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable children
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively
