Registered Manager - Children's Home

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead in our established 3-bed home (operated as a 2-bed). You will oversee the care of two settled young people who are engaged in full-time education, supported by a consistent and committed team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
• A genuine passion for delivering trauma-informed, high-quality care
